Free and paid plans

- Promotional pricing, discounts, or trials may be temporary and subject to conditions.
Billing and subscriptions
- Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled.
- Billing is handled securely through Stripe and related payment processors.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your billing settings.
- After cancellation, premium access may continue until the current billing period ends.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable. However, Mindevoa may review refund requests case-by-case at its discretion.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. For example, you may not:
- Abuse the platform or misuse product features.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with service operations, reliability, or security.
- Upload illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
- Use bots, scraping, or automation in abusive or disruptive ways.

User content
- You retain ownership of content you create and upload, where applicable.
- You grant DVLPRS Web Solutions the rights needed to host, process, and display content only to operate and improve the service.
- You are responsible for content you publish, including content shared publicly in the library.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Mindevoa brand, software, design, and platform materials remain the property of DVLPRS Web Solutions and are protected by applicable laws.
Service availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be updated, improved, replaced, or removed over time.
Disclaimer
Mindevoa is a productivity and study tool. We do not guarantee exam results, certifications, admissions, or academic outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DVLPRS Web Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access in cases of violations, fraud, abuse, or legal necessity. You may stop using the service at any time.
